Or you can use uncompressed or download the DNxHD codec. It is available as a "read only" codec for PC's but you cannot write out Hyperdeck ProRes on a PC. Hyperdecks want to use ProRes422, which is an Apple codec. You also may want to consider that you may be missing the codec. There's always this instead of the multidock. Next, are you sure your thunderbolt card is actually working? Need drivers? If you used the deck to format, it is likely formatted in HFS. They recently added the ability to format the SSD in the Hyperdeck, but I don't recall what file system they use there.

Alternately, you can install HFSExplorer, Paragon HFS, or MacDrive on your PC to add HFS ability. Did you format the SSD drive? You'll probably want to make sure they are formatted in ExFat, to work with the Hyperdecks as well as a PC. For those who like the feel of aphysical control panel, the optional ATEM 1 M/E and 2 M/E BroadcastPanels can be used.While Hyperdecks do have some compatibility with windows machines, they are really Mac-centric.
